Mosaic deployed a team of consultants to work with each of the bank’s divisions to deliver: 1) Current and future state architecture views 2) An investment roadmap to deliver the future state architecture 3) A summary view of investments, costs models and associated collaboration opportunities between segments for a board report.
Credit Adjudication Process Design
Ran a highly interactive workshop-based engagement using User-Centered Design techniques to design a new credit-adjudication model for the retail banking division of a universal bank. The output from the workshops were sequences of wireframe diagrams giving a detailed design of the user experience. The designs were then used by the client’s development teams to architect and build a multi-phase implementation of a microservice based architecture.
Enterprise Architecture Mobilization
Established a bank-wide enterprise architecture function and subsequently developed and implemented an operating model for the team. The Mosaic team also delivered a number of key projects for the newly formed function, including a new technology introduction process and a number of policies, procedures and standards for the governance of architectural decision making.
