Lee’s background consists of more than 20 years of consulting and financial markets experience in the New York and European markets. Prior to co-founding Mosaic, he was the U.S. Practice Head for Detica Group plc’s Financial Services business, having joined through the acquisition in September 2006 of m.a.partners, a leading specialist management consultancy for financial markets.
Lee, who also worked for the investment banking divisions of UBS and J.P. Morgan, and Accenture, has led a number of large-scale change initiatives. He has particular expertise in technology strategy and enterprise architecture, business process re-engineering, and program management and continues to consult in these areas.
