Luke has more than 20 years of consulting and financial markets experience gained in the New York and European markets. Prior to co-founding Mosaic, he was Practice Development Head for Detica Group plc’s Financial Services business, having joined through the acquisition in September 2006 of m.a.partners, a leading specialist management consultancy for financial markets.
Luke continues to lead high-profile consulting engagements for top-tier investment banks. Many of these engagements have built on and extended the experience he gained in the derivatives business during his nine-year tenure at J.P. Morgan in London and New York.
Luke splits his time at Mosaic between working on client engagements; developing new business for the company and recruiting consulting talent. Luke’s recent consulting work falls into 2 categories: 1) developing large-scale technology operating models and investment strategies within large financial institutions; 2) Departmental interim management IT roles.
His background is in IT, specifically within the derivatives businesses of financial markets firms.
