Paul held a range of senior roles in top-tier investment banks over the last 20+ years, including 7 years heading EMEA and global rates and commodities technology teams at Credit Suisse, Morgan Stanley and JP Morgan. Prior to joining Mosaic in 2010, he created a successful new practice at a UK based financial markets consulting firm.
